Smith LawnCare was established in 2009 with a singular focus: providing Great Notch, NJ property owners with landscaping services that combine technical expertise with genuine attention to detail. Unlike national franchise operations, every project we manage is handled locally, meaning the person who designs your landscape also oversees its installation and long-term maintenance.
Over sixteen years, we have developed deep familiarity with the soil profiles, climate patterns, and native plant communities specific to the Great Notch, NJ region. This local knowledge shapes every service we provide, from fertilisers we select to grass varieties we recommend and drainage strategies we implement. The result is landscaping that performs and evolves across seasons rather than simply looking good on day one.
Our crews are full-time employees who receive ongoing training in horticulture, plant health, irrigation technology, and client communication. We invest in the people working on your property because quality craftsmanship begins with a workforce that genuinely cares about the outcome.
Our team holds active certifications in turf management, landscape design, and irrigation installation.
The same team that installs your landscape manages ongoing maintenance, preserving the original vision over time.
We adjust schedules, products, and techniques based on seasonal conditions throughout the calendar year.
Every project receives written scope, materials, and schedule before work begins. No surprise charges at any stage.
From initial design to annual maintenance, every service reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and lasting results.
